Undergraduate help
Our services are fully funded and available for all degree-program UVic students at no cost. The ASC is currently offering synchronous appointments in person (in our library location) and online (in Zoom) as well as coached written feedback.
Visit the study hub
The Study Hub is a welcoming space for undergraduate students to work independently, study with friends, or get support from an Academic Skills Advisor (ASA).
An ASA will be available to help with things like:
- planning your study time and staying on track
- preparing for exams and assignments
- academic writing and getting started on a paper
- making strategic choices about how to study
- questions about academic integrity and using GenAI responsibly
You don’t need to have a question or know exactly what you need help with. Drop in, bring your laptop or your books, and use the space to focus, work, or study with others.
