UVic Law PhD student Ben Isitt re-elected to Victoria City Council and CRD Board
Congratulations to UVic Law PhD student Ben Isitt on his re-election to Victoria City Council and the Capital Regional District (CRD) Board.
Isitt topped the polls, capturing more than 14,700 (10.66 per cent) of the total 138,219 votes that were cast across 17 precincts. His campaign focused on putting social justice, ecological responsibility and good governance at the centre of municipal decision making.
Isitt was first elected to City Council and the CRD Board in 2011.
