Campus Cousins
About
Through LE,NOṈET programming, we're dedicated to creating a supportive environment for Indigenous students at the University of Victoria. Our Campus Cousins program offers leadership opportunities, community connections and valuable mentoring experiences.
The Campus Cousins, comprised of upper-level undergraduate or graduate Indigenous students, play a pivotal role in hosting a variety of academic and social/cultural events. From study halls and workshops to movie nights and feasts, they foster a sense of belonging and support for Indigenous students in the First Peoples House.
Applicants to the Campus Cousins program are expected to be well-versed in UVic and IACE services, facilities, and programs. In recognition of their commitment and impact, Campus Cousins receive a stipend each term for their valuable contributions to the program's success.
