2026-2027 Donor Awards Competition - applications now accepted

The 2026-2027 donor awards competition is now opened for School of Medical Sciences Neuroscience students.

Application deadline: Monday, August 31, 2026 at 11:59 am.

Awards are divided between two categories:

  • (A) department specific awards - these are limited to students within the School of Medical Sciences.
  • (B) university-wide awards - these are open to students across campus, each department is permitted to nominate one (1) student only.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Be a registered UVic student enrolled full time (minimum 3.0 units per term).
  • Meet the award's terms of reference.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 6.00 out of 9.00 (or second-class GPA for entering international students).
