First Peoples House - Replace Legacy Controllers
First Peoples House
Facilities Management is working with SRD Controls on the replacement of Direct Digital Control (DDC) legacy controllers that control the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in the First Peoples House.
This work is scheduled for Thursday, March 16th and Friday, March 17th.
All air supply systems will be held in a static state during the replacement. Once the replacement is complete, you may notice a fluctuation in the air supply for a few minutes while the replacement is tested.
All replacement work will take place in the mechanical room of the building.
SRD Controls will be finishing up on Friday by verifying the temperature sensors in various locations in the building.
