Phoenix Building
Facilities Management, working with Apex Steel & Gas, will be installing a new water meter in the Phoenix Building on Friday, January 13, 2023.
This installation will require a building water shut down from 4:00 am to 10:00 am. This shut down will affect all water to the building including bathrooms, showers, kitchens, drinking fountains, etc. Mechanical systems such as heating and sprinkler systems will not be affected.
