FMIS Types & Sub Types

FMIS Self Service Customers,

Facilities Management has completed a review of the Types and Sub Types that are used to raise work requests from Facilities Management using the Facilities Management Information System (FMIS). The intent of the review was to make the selection of the types more intuitive to our customers and to improve the utility of the information provided to our technicians. 

The updated Types and Sub Types will be implemented on Monday, April 1st
