How do I request or access this service?

Service can be accessed by logging in with your valid NetLink ID at uvic.ca/surveys.

What is the cost for this service?

This service is provided at no cost for current students, faculty, and staff.

When is this service available?

Survey administration will be accessible to users with a primary NetLink ID from anywhere on the internet via a compatible web browser. Users will be able to access the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during regular scheduled maintenance or an unplanned outage. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.

How do I get help with this service?

Primary support for this Service is available directly from SurveyMonkey by accessing the help section from the administrative interface of your account. SurveyMonkey's staff will assist you with advanced topics and technical issues. SurveyMonkey also has extensive self-help section with FAQ’s, [need to include a link here] video tutorials and how-to documents.

University Systems will provide support for login and access issues with the Service and offer assistance with accounts and system access. Contact the Computer Help Desk for help assistance:

Survey design is responsibility of the end-users. University Systems will not offer support or help with survey design.
