Can I use my Exchange account with Mac Mail?

Mac Mail does not support all features of your Microsoft Exchange account and you may experience issues with your calendar. University Systems recommends using Outlook 365 for Mac. If you need access to a supported version of Office, check out UVic's Microsoft 365 subscription.

I have an older version of Outlook. Can I still use it?

Older versions of Office for Mac are no longer receiving support from Microsoft. If your computer is running an out-of-date version of Office for Mac, we recommend signing up for UVic's Microsoft 365 subscription for a free upgrade.

I have an older version of macOS that can't run Outlook 365

University Systems does not recommend using unsupported versions of macOS as your computer is no longer receiving security updates and feature support.
