What is the cost for this service?
This service is provided free of charge to departments on campus.
When is this service available?
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed. The Computer Help Desk in Clearihue A037 is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
