Desktop Support Services is a premium support service that is subscribed to by Academic and Administrative units on campus. We provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices and strive to answer all of your IT related questions. What is the cost for this service?
Units subscribe to Desktop Support Services and pay an annual fee based on the size of the unit and the amount of support required. For more information on subscribing to this service, please contact David Street, Manager Desktop Support Services.
When is this service available?
Desktop Support Services personnel are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
