Personal information and employee information can be viewed and changed through Online tools. Personal information includes mailing addresses, email addresses, and emergency contact information. Additionally, students can view their grades, academic history, and tuition payments. Employee information includes leave balances, pay information, direct deposit allocation, earning and deduction history, job summaries, tax forms, and electronic statements.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.
