Media Services
Rent several types of AV equipment, including:
- audio equipment
- public address systems and microphones
- speakers
- mixers/amplifiers
- cameras and video equipment
- projectors
- laptops, flip charts, and other equipment
We provide audio visual equipment on a "first come, first serve" basis.
We require at least 3 working days' advance notice.

How do I request this service?
Fill out the online request form to request your equipment. A FAST code is required for payment.
If you're not sure what you need, call us at 250-721-8292 and we can make recommendations.

Where is this service available?
We provide AV equipment and support only for events on site at our Gordon Head campus. If you are planning an off campus event, we can help you work with Encore Canada.
When is this service available?
Audio Visual Services is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requests outside our normal hours must be arranged in advance and require approval from Lance Grant, Associate Director, Client Technologies.
