Client Technologies has more than 30 years of combined experience with the design, integration and consultation of audiovisual technologies and maintains the University Standards for Audiovisual and teaching technologies that are consistent with the University’s strategic objectives. Design specializations include:

  • Classrooms, lecture theatres and labs,
  • Meeting, conference, and collaboration rooms,
  • Independent video display solutions,
  • Video collaboration systems for small and large venues,
  • Special function rooms.

Client Technologies has the skills, tools, certifications, and experience to provide a broad range of audiovisual integration solutions for University and departmental needs, which typically includes:

  • AV Project management,
  • Site survey,
  • Client requirements gathering,
  • Functional system design and system diagrams,
  • Project cost analysis,
  • Coordination of system installation and associated trades,
  • Liaison with third parties (external A.V. contractors),
  • Inspection, testing and documentation,
  • User Support and training.

When is this service available?

Client Technologies operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requests outside our normal hours must be arranged in advance and require approval from Lance Grant, Associate Director, Client Technologies.
