Office of the Registrar & Enrolment Management

The Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Management (OREM) is responsible for program, admission and financial information for undergraduate students, graduate students and academic units. We focus on student recruitment and retention efforts to ensure we meet or exceed institutional and provincial goals for domestic and international student enrolment.

Staff in OREM recruit prospective students, process applications for admission, manage central course registration, assign transfer credit, build course and exam timetables, issue transcripts and documents, manage grades, assign awards, assess eligibility for graduation, provide student systems training and support, book rooms and produce the academic calendar.

OREM units work collaboratively with the academic community on activities such as Senate Committees support and policy review. Our units also provide assistance with the interpretation of university calendar regulations relating to their operation.
