Bureau of Sociology Students Academic Event 2019

Bureau of Sociology Students (BOSS) course union is presenting an academic event on Wednesday March 27th, 2019 from 3:00 to 5:00pm in the digital scholarship commons on the 3rd floor of the McPherson Library.  Event is free to attend and refreshments will be served.

The event is a panel of honours and graduate students speaking about their research as well as a Q&A afterwards.

Our goal: "BOSS has organized this diverse panel as an opportunity for undergrads to see the types of up-and-coming research their honours and graduate peers are doing. We hope that this event will be educational and inspirational for students and a chance to see what type of research is possible for us in the future. Lastly, we want to build more of a community between undergrad and grad students. This will also be a chance to get to know the students who run the sociology course union - so please come out and join us on March 27th from 3-5pm!"
