Donors

The Faculty of Social Sciences continues to evolve the way education is taught and research is undertaken. Each discipline helps us to better understand the world in which we live. We are changing, even as the world is changing. We encourage you to make the transformation with us.

Help us to keep Social Sciences at the forefront of education changing lives, changing communities and changing the world.

The Faculty of Social Sciences has several priorities within its donor program. Along with supporting our students and their academic goals, new research and innovation in teaching, we’re working to sustain and improve our core disciplines. We need your support to recruit and retain world-class faculty and attract the best prospective students.

Through scholarships, bursaries and financial donations, we can keep our core disciplines strong, as well as flexible to respond to new opportunities and challenges.

Support programs and excellence

Co-op placements, field studies, exchange programs, community engagement strategies and public service opportunities are now a critical part of the study of the Political Science.

Our students and researchers need support to reach out beyond the classroom and bring the knowledge gained at the university to the community. Current opportunities include:

  • Experiential learning/field studies including the Model United Nations and other unique opportunities
  • European Studies Centre
  • Graduate Fellowships
  • Internships and study trips

Support students

In order to attract the best and the brightest we must be able to offer scholarships and bursaries to our students and support their achievements through student awards.
