Biography

I am a Research Officer / Instrument Scientist at NRC Herzberg (Dominion Astrophysical Observatory) in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

I am also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Victoria.

My current research interests centre around galaxies, their formation, evolution, stellar content, and the tools we need to understand them.

If you are a student or postdoc, please contact me if you are interested in pursuing research projects in any of these, or related, areas.

If you are trying to find the updated catalogs from McConnachie (2012) that contain observational data for the nearest dwarf galaxies, these are now hosted at the Canadian Astronomical Data Center, and can be found here.
