PCIC launches new Strategic Plan 2026-2030

As climate impacts intensify, the need for reliable climate information to support planning and decision-making continues to grow. As the regional climate service centre for British Columbia, PCIC provides actionable climate information and expertise to support climate monitoring, adaptation planning, and climate risk assessment across the province. We work closely with our users to ensure our services reflect the evolving needs of partners across sectors.

Over the next five years, PCIC will strengthen user engagement through collaboration and knowledge exchange, enhance climate data and tools, and continue translating the latest climate science into accessible resources that support climate resilience in British Columbia. We remain committed to delivering trusted climate services and contributing to national and international adaptation efforts, while making the most effective use of our resources to meet growing demand.
