PCIC Director Recognized as Highly-Cited Researcher

Dr. Xuebin Zhang is among six scholars from the University of Victoria who have been included in Clarivate's Highly Cited Researchers list for 2025. This list recognises researchers for the significance and influence of their contributions.

Each year the Institute for Scientific Information at Clarivate compiles the list, which honours the top researchers in their domains. Inclusion is determined by citations of their work over the past eleven years as well as qualitative analysis by the Clarivate team and expert judgement. The list attempts to capture those researchers who have contributed work that has had significant impact in their fields and across fields. This is Dr. Zhang's fifth year on the list.
