Poster and banner approval

NOTE: All posters must be dropped off then picked up at a later date. We'll give you the time frame when the posters are left for approval.

All posters and notices on campus community notice boards (on the first floor of most UVic buildings) must be approved for posting and comply with UVic poster board regulations. Boards are regularly monitored and maintained.

Get poster approval

To get your posters or banners approved, bring them to the ONECard office or the UVSS Information Booth in the Student Union Building for approval.

Posters that are approved will be stamped for a period of three weeks, and are only to be displayed on campus community notice boards. They will be removed from all other locations.
