Program overview
Launch your career with confidence with the Master in Management (MM) program. Designed for recent undergraduate degree holders, this 12-month, 3-term program combines in-person and online learning in core business and leadership courses with a specialized academic concentration.
You can further enhance your experience with an optional paid work term, applying new skills in a professional setting while gaining valuable work experience.

The MM program includes optional work experience that:
- runs for 12-16 weeks
- is a full-time paid position
- relates to your career path
- is supervised (the employer helps complete a mid-term and final assessment of the student in consultation with the Business co-op program office)
