Program overview
Launch your career with confidence with the Master in Management (MM) program. Designed for recent graduates, this 12-16 month program combines in-person and online learning across 3 terms. You'll build skills in business and leadership, along with a specialized academic concentration.
You can also choose to complete an optional paid work term. This gives you the chance to apply your skills and gain real-world experience.

Work experience term
The MM program includes optional work experience that:
- runs for 12-16 weeks
- is a full-time paid position
- relates to your career path
- is supervised (the employer helps complete a mid-term and final assessment of the student in consultation with the Business co-op program office)
Frequently Asked Questions
The MM program is designed for students with less than 5 years professional work experience after completing their undergraduate degree. This includes new graduates, early-career professionals or those who have held a small number of entry-level roles. The program aims to help people in the early stages of their professional career.
Yes. All applicants will be considered for the General Business concentration. For the Business Analytics and Software Projects concentrations, you must have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering to apply. For Sustainable Finance, you must have completed COM 240 (Management Finance) before the program starts.
