Become a partner
We work with post-secondary institutions worldwide. Our partnerships allow students to study abroad. We also welcome international students to study here at UVic.

Nominate a student for exchange
Nomination deadline
The nomination deadline for fall 2027 and spring 2028 is March 15, 2027. We will email our partners with details on how to nominate students in late-January/early-February of each year.
Nomination guidelines
English proficiency
We do not require students to submit their English proficiency scores. Students who typically succeed in our program have TOEFL scores of 90 (out of 120), or 4.5 (1-6 scale), or IELTS 6.5. We recommend partners to nominate students close to that range, if possible. Please note that senior-level business courses may require a more advanced level of English proficiency in that range.
Business courses
Students must complete a minimum of 1 year of business courses prior to their exchange
- students who have taken microeconomics, statistics and finite math will have a larger course selection at Gustavson
