Become a partner
We work with post-secondary institutions worldwide. Our partnerships allow students to study abroad. We also welcome international students to study here at UVic.

Nominate a student for exchange
Nomination deadline
The nomination deadline for fall 2026 and spring 2027 is open until March 15, 2026. We will email our partners with details on how to nominate students in late-January/early-February of each year.
Nomination guidelines
English proficiency
We no longer require students to submit their English language proficiency scores as we trust partners will nominate students who will succeed in our program. Students who succeed in our program have TOEFL scores of 575/90 or IELTS 6.5; we request partners nominate students in that range.
Business courses
Students must complete a minimum of 1 year of business courses prior to their exchange
- students who have taken microeconomics, statistics and finite math will have a larger course selection at Gustavson, including core courses that vary each term
