Women Leading Change

Women Leading Change presented three panel discussions where women in underrepresented sectors shared their successes, discussed how the obstacles they confronted shaped their approach to leadership, and highlighted the impacts of the pandemic on women in the workforce.

On January 11, 2023 leading entrepreneurs Mandy Farmer (CEO, Accent Inns Inc.), Katie Gamble (Founder, Nature Bee), Sage Lacerte (Founder & CEO, Sage Initiative) and Tessa McLoughlin (Founder & Director, KWENCH) shared their experiences and strategies for supporting, inspiring, and empowering women as innovators and business leaders.


Break the Bias 

On March 9, 2022, in celebration of International Women’s Day, Women Leading Change - Break the Bias highlighted powerful voices leading change across industries in which women remain underrepresented. 

Christina Clarke, Allison Greaves, Sophie Lui and Ruth Mojeed Ramirez shared their experiences and discussed how we can support, inspire and empower people, and create more equitable access to opportunities in the workplace.

Women Leading Change in STEM

The first event took place on October 13, 2021 and focused on women leading change in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Four phenomenal leaders (Mina Hoorfar, Sue Paish, Denise Williams, and Julie Angus) came together to discuss their experience in making change and how we can support others along their journey.
