Desktop Support Services offers consultation and support services to selected faculties, centres, and administrative groups on campus. If your department has Desktop Support, contact your support personnel for computer support, including troubleshooting workstation and network problems, to installation of hardware and software.

Desktop Support Services COVID-19 Update

Effective Monday Mar 23, 2020, the Desktop Support Services (DSS) team will be working remotely providing support to our clients both on and off campus.  Support will be provided between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.   To request support, fill out the Request Help Now form or email helpdesk@uvic.ca.
