Email distribution lists

Email and calendaringEmail and calendar

A distribution list is a group of contacts (email addresses), usually grouped under a single name or address. When you send emails to a distribution list, you're really sending to everyone whose address is included in the list. Mailman is free electronic mailing list software supported by University Systems. Instructors can request a Mailman mailing list for communicating with their students.

Brightspace features its own distribution list service. Users can also create distribution lists using Outlook Web Access or email clients like Outlook.
