All copier devices are provided through a lease model and include the applicable cost-per-copy (CPC) rate. Optional accessories are available and billed as a monthly expense.

To ensure devices are appropriately aligned with operational needs, all copiers are assigned based on expected monthly print volumes. Where a department requires a device but does not meet the minimum volume threshold for the assigned model, an applicable monthly upgrade fee will be applied. This fee varies by device and helps offset the cost of supporting lower-volume environments.
