Add funds

Adding funds to your account is quick and easy. To provide this service, you are required to sign in with your netlinkID below by "Add funds to your card".  Parents can deposit funds by clicking "give funds to another person" below.

Cardholders, parents, guardians, friends and family can add funds to a UVic ONECard account at any time, day or night, by logging on to the secure UVic ONECard website.  The only information you will require is the individual's V00 (9 digit) number and DD/MM/YY of birth to add funds to their account. Only the cardholder can see their balance and transaction history.  Funds can be added to a card online using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or our new Interac online.   

The University of Victoria's credit card payment processor (Moneris) requires your address associated to the credit card in order to validate the identity of the cardholder and prevent fraudulent credit card usage. UVic does not retain any cardholder data for funds loaded online therefore each time it is required when fund loading. The new 16-digit TD Access card cannot be used a Interac online at this time, you must choose the Visa option.

Add funds on your ONECard in person at the ONECard office, at the University Food Services office or any University Food Services dining location

Parents, guardians, friends and family can add also add money in person during at either the ONECard office or Food Services office.  Our staff will be happy to process your payment using cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard and add funds to the account. You will be required to know the cardholder's V# (9 digit identity number) and their month/day/year of birth.
