Take few minutes out of your schedule and visit the library lobby to write down what you are grateful for. The colourful stress-buster gratitude notes will then be affixed to the BiblioCafé glass wall.

Have you ever thought of making your own wellness journal? Reaching your wellness goals has never been more fun — or beautiful. Come to the library Reserve Lounge and make one.  No experience required. Approximate time to create a journal is 10 minutes; drop in anytime during the 2 hours.

Drop by the library lobby and meet the friendly staff of the Greater Victoria Public Library. Pick up a reading list of wellness books and swag, sign-up for their free library card, and create a button or two. Staff available to assist with button creation.
