UVic Equity Action Plan Survey

UVic’s Equity Action Project Team needs your feedback as they assess and further refine the goals of UVic’s first Equity Action Plan. Based on all the collected ideas, stories and feedback and building on UVic’s strategic vision to embed equity in all that we do, the Reflection and Challenge Committee has drafted five goals: (1) Equity centred culture on campus, (2) Recruiting, Hiring and Retaining Diverse Students, Staff, and Faculty, (3) Accessibility and supports, (4) Institutional accountability and evaluation, and (5) Relationality and belonging. Want to provide feedback? Fill out the feedback survey before May 6th.
