UVic’s First Pay Transparency Report

 

UVic has published our inaugural Pay Transparency Report.  This report assesses if there is a difference between how men, women, and nonbinary people were paid at UVic. The report was created in accordance with BC’s Pay Transparency Act and adopts their metrics and structure.

The report includes data collected through the Better Data Project. Be sure to complete your Better Data questionnaire to help us compile future Pay Transparency Reports.
