We welcome visitors to the UVic School of Music! As part of a public campus, you’re welcome to explore the MacLaurin Building at your own pace or join us for one of our 150+ concerts and events throughout the year.

Clinic Requests

Interested in bringing your group to the School of Music for a clinic or workshop? Here’s how to get started:

1. Find a clinician. Email music@uvic.ca for a list of School of Music faculty and instructors who offer clinics and workshops.
2. Confirm availability. Contact your preferred clinician to confirm their interest and availability.
3. Request space. Once you’ve secured a clinician, submit the clinic request form.

Important dates:

• The booking portal opens October 15
• Clinic requests must be submitted by January 15
• Clinics and workshops can be scheduled between April 7 and May 31.
