Our process

The University of Victoria’s Strategic Framework (2018-2023) is the product of widespread consultation and reflects the contributions and ideas of many people from across campus and in the community.

The UVic Board of Governors approved the process and timing for the development of the university’s new Strategic Framework in June 2017. Engagement with the UVic community on the development of the strategic framework was carried out between Sept. 2017 and March 2018.

Read an overview of the strategic planning process in the Engagement Report: 2017-2018.
