Banik wins Hess Graduate Fellowship

Congratulations to Arjun Banik on being chosen as the recipient of the Dr. Margaret “Marmie” Perkins Hess Graduate Fellowships in Earth, Ocean, Astronomy, and Environmental Sciences.  This is a major scholarship.  Excellent news!

Arjun is a PhD student, supervised by Laura Cowen and Saman Muthukumarana at the University of Victoria. Arjun’s area of research is Statistical Ecology
