L.E. Frances Druce Student Travel Award*
One or more awards are made to academically outstanding full-time undergraduate or graduate students in the School of Music for the enhancement of the student learning experience through travel, in support of research/creative activity and may include field schools, exhibitions, performances or presentations. Preference will be given to women students. Approval of the recipient(s) will be made by the Senate Committee on Awards upon the recommendation of the School of Music or the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee.

Eligibility
In-Course scholarships, awards, medals and prizes are offered to undergraduate students who have completed a minimum of 12.0 units for credit, of which 10.5 units are graded using the standard nine point scale, in two of the three terms of study in the previous academic year (May to April). In-course scholarships, awards and prizes are awarded in the subsequent winter session (September to April).

To accept your scholarship offer:
- Have a NetLink ID
- Go to www.uvic.ca and sign into your UVic Online tools account using your NetLink ID
- Select "Student Services" on the top menu
- Select "Awards and financial aid" under "Finances"
- Select "View My Student Aid"
- Enter the Aid Year and Aid Period
- Select "Accept" on the scholarship(s) you have been offered
