Hanna Solis is a Political Science student with a minor in Global Development at the University of Victoria. Originally from Mexico, her academic interests center on migration, borders, and international development. Field experience across Latin America and Southeast Asia, including public health work with migrant communities from Myanmar in Thailand has deepened her engagement with the intersections of mobility, health, and inequality. As an Editorial Assistant with Borders in Globalization, she supports scholarly publishing and research dissemination on borders, migration, and global governance.
