Stephen Winter is a CFGS Visiting Research Fellow and an Associate Professor in Political Theory at Waipapa Taumata Rau | University of Auckland. Although he generally works on theoretical issues arising from state wrongdoing, he also writes on redress policy, including Monetary Redress for Abuse in State Care (CUP 2022).
