The University’s General Terms and Conditions are incorporated and form part of the Purchase Order (PO).
Contractor(s) will be deemed to have accepted all purchase orders you receive, along with the applicable General Terms and Conditions, by your acknowledgement or commencement of performance.
By accepting the PO, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
