Choose your room from the provided list and provide your booking dates. Online: Visit the direct-booking link by clicking HERE, select your room, and complete the booking. Provide your first and last name, check-in & check-out dates, phone number & email address, and requested room type. Cut-off Date: In order to get the above rates you must book 30 days in advance. After this cut-off date, the hotel will offer you their best available rates. Night Minimum: There will be a two-night minimum in place for discounted conference rates. Cancellation: There will be no charge if the reservation is cancelled or changed 30 days before arrival.
