Author Funding
- The Library supports the open access movement through publisher memberships and license agreements. These memberships and agreements benefit scholars at UVic to publish in a number of peer-reviewed journals by paying a discounted fee for author/article processing charges (APCs). Publishers who support open access will then provide immediate, online barrier free access to scholarly research. Authors are required to self-identify themselves as affiliated with CRKN institutions to benefit from these agreements.
