Dr. Oliver Schmidtke is a Professor in the Departments of Political Science and History. He currently serves as the director of the Centre for Global Studies. His research interests are in the fields of the political sociology and politics of migration, citizenship, nationalism, European integration, and the governance of migration and integration in Europe and Canada.
