Roger started as the Dean with the Faculty of Business at the University of Victoria in September 1996. He previously served as the Dean of the Faculty of Management at the University of Toronto from 1985 to 1992. He also served as Chairman of the Federation of Business Schools (1990-1992) and served as a member of the Board of Governors for the Institute of Canadian Bankers (1988-1992). He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Standards Association and Quality Management Institute. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of a number of entrepreneurial companies.
Dr. Wolff's past research interests have been in the area of Transportation Planning and Modelling and in Developing Effective Management Systems for Public Institutions. His current research interest involves Managing the Operations Effectiveness of Financial Institutions. His primary teaching interests are in Operations Management, Total Quality Management and Operations Strategy.
