Seating

Farquhar Auditorium uses a continental seating layout with continuous rows. Each row is spaced an extra foot for more legroom and comfort. The farthest seat is 24 m (79 ft) from the stage.

Accessibility

Main level
An access ramp is located at the front of the Jamie Cassels Centre.  

Upper level & balcony
Use the elevator at the A Wing entrance, found in the outdoor breezeway between A & B Wings. 

Wheelchair seating 

The main floor has 8 wheelchair-accessible seats. Please book early by phone or in person to ensure availability. 

Easy access 

For special accommodations, email the UVic Ticket Centre or call 250-721-8480 in advance. If you need seating assistance (wheelchair or walker), arrive 30 minutes before the event; staff will be happy to help. 

Policies

Order fee 

All ticket sales are final—no refunds or exchanges. 

  • each advance ticket includes a $1.50 order fee
  • mailing tickets adds a $5 postage fee 
  • e-tickets and will-call pickup are free 

Lost or stolen tickets 

  • if your tickets are lost or stolen, visit the UVic Ticket Centre inside the auditorium when you arrive for your event 
  • if you’ve lost your print-at-home tickets, log in to your account and choose “Reprint Tickets” under Upcoming Performances

Scent-free 

Farquhar Auditorium is a scent-free space. Please avoid wearing scented products. 

Privacy 

We use your personal information only to process your ticket purchase. To manage your email subscriptions, sign in to your account or contact us directly. 

Late seating 

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts. If you arrive late or need to be reseated, this will happen during an appropriate break, as determined by the event organizer. 

Children 

Everyone, regardless of age, needs a valid ticket to attend a performance. Policies for young children vary by event.
