Walk the Way: A Pilgrimage on the Camino De Santiago

When: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Where: UVic Interfaith Chapel
Pilgrimage is an age-old practice, found in all the world’s religious traditions, that is used as a tool to deepen one’s relationship with God.  Pilgrims set out on the journey with a certain intention, and often come out transformed.  Join us as we explore topics related to pilgrimage that will provide tools to enable the pilgrim to enter deeply into the walk.  This monthly program will create the foundation for a group of pilgrims to walk the Camino De Santiago in Spain in May of 2019.  If you are interested in walking the Camino with us, or if you are interested in learning more about the art of pilgrimage, this program is for you.

The monthly program will be the second Tuesday of every month (Sept.11th, Oct. 9th, Nov. 13th, Dec.11th, Jan. 8th, Feb. 12th, March 12th, April 9th), from 10 am - 12 pm at the Interfaith Chapel on UVic’s campus.

The pilgrimage in Spain will be from April 27th – May 11th.
