Do you want to strengthen you academic communication and increase awareness about the language choices you make? Based on Swales and Feak's text Academic Writing for Graduate Students, these workshops for graduate students offer a variety of tasks, activities, discussion, and instruction focusing on language, rhetorical strategies, and genre. Open to all UVic students. Come to one, come to a few, or come to them all--just show up!
