Enhanced Planning refresh

Enhanced Planning utilizes tools that UVic adopted for organizational forecasting and decision making for all units, faculties and departments in 2015/16. Starting in 2019, EPT is getting a refresh to:

  • better align reporting with UVic’s Strategic Framework and related plans;
  • make it easier to use; and
  • address the current needs and environment.

Get involved

Consultations held over fall 2019 will lead to a set of recommendations. The EPT Refresh Working Group will refine and prepare recommendations for implementation in spring 2020.

Deadline for reports

Enhanced Planning Tools report is now open.  Reports must be completed by Chairs, Directors and units by September 20, 2019. Deans must complete reports by October 4, 2019.

Final reports will be updated annually and archived.
