July 7, 2015 - PhD student Yiming Huo, Dr. Xiaodai Dong and their collaborator Dr. Ping Lu received the Excellent Student Paper Award at the 12th IEEE International Conference on Solid-State and Integrated Circuit Technology held on Oct. 28-31, 2014 for their paper titled "A TRPC-UWB Transmitter Front-end Based on Wideband IQ Modulator in 0.13-um CMOS". They received their award certificates at the conference's banquet on Oct. 31, 2014 in Guilin, China.
