Register
To register a child for CORE programs, parents/guardians must complete a registration form and have an eligible third party complete a referral form for the child. Links to both forms can be found on this page.
Registration form
To begin the intake process, parents or guardians should complete the online registration form with some information about the child and their learning needs. A member of our team will follow up with you to discuss next steps and confirm your child’s registration in a CORE tutoring program.
Referral form
Students who register for CORE tutoring must be referred by an adult who knows them well and who can speak to their learning needs. This is often a teacher, counsellor, or mentor.
