Ms. Ioana Sevcenco one of two recipients of the Graduate Student Excellence in Teaching Award at ECE for the Summer 2018 term
Congratulations to Ms. Ioana Sevcenco. She is one of two recipients of the Graduate Student Excellence in Teaching Award at ECE for the Summer 2018 term. Ioana was the Lab TA for an ECE 403 Optimization for Machine Learning lab section that term. Ioana started her MASc degree with the department and has recently completed her PhD degree. Ioana has consistently been one of the top TA’s in the department. She has also won the award in Fall 2012. The award recipient is selected by the department's Chair. The award is given each term to the teaching assistant who received the best evaluation from students or made valuable impact on student learning. The department would like to thank Ioana for her outstanding contribution over the years.
