Dr. Benedikt Huber Received the International Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD) Award

October 21, 2008 - Dr. Benedikt Huber recently received the international Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD) Award presented by the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD) and Elsevier. Working with his supervisor Dr. Li's and Dr. Dimopoulos' research group, Dr. Huber's dissertation addressed microprocessor system design using artificial intelligence techniques. Dr. Huber graduated in 1999 but his doctoral work has had a lasting impact in the research community, as the ETD Award winners were selected through a rigorous selection process which combined a shortlisting of the most downloaded ETDs per subject area, and adjudicated by scientific editors from Elsevier Journals Publishing unit.
